  1. Those are mostly good supplements & supported by scientific research, but it’s a shame, as a practitioner that you don’t know the value ( health benefits of plant-based diet= there is TONS of scientific research on it: you could look up &/or read stuff from Dr. Brooke Goldner, Dr. McGregger, Dr. Epelstein, Dr. Campbell, the China study, the Johns Hopkins study on broccoli sprouts & sulfurifane, along with watching several of the documentaries ( the Game Chanets & What the Health are good ones to start with…. There is tons of scientific proof that HTN, high cholesterol and type 2 diabetes, along with most auto-immune illnesses, including Lupus & people w/ “kidney
failure”, are REVISABLE, with significant lifestyle & dietary choices …. People just don’t realize that they are “addicted” to meat, dairy & highly processed foods = which is the CAUSE of most of the things KILLING people who eat the “Standard American Diet” (S.A.D.)

  2. Oh, also- a plant-based diet is NOT more expensive than the “standard American diet (it’s actually cheaper when you don’t buy meat, eggs, fish, & dairy products, etc.) and does NOT require a ton supplements (although I do take B12- since our soil is now so depleted, some vitamin D= because of where I live & a little creative b/c I am a 58 y.o cancer survivor, working on building more muscle) FIBER supplements are absolutely N0T needed when you just get plenty of fiber in your diet …

  3. Agree with some previous comments. Just not affordable for so many. Great supplement regime for those who can do it.
